Sorted State is a home and small business organization service owned and operated by Kate Vanness-Kandoth, based in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. I work with clients in person in the greater Philadelphia area and virtually with clients anywhere.

2. Insurance & In-Person Services

Sorted State is fully insured for professional organizing services in the state of Pennsylvania. This coverage applies to in-person client engagements conducted within Pennsylvania.

Terms and conditions specific to in-person services, including liability, cancellation, and refund policies, are governed by a separate client agreement managed through our client portal. If you are an in-person client, please refer to that agreement for the terms that apply to your engagement.

 

3. Digital Products & Online Programs

Online Courses & Live Cohort Programs

If you are unsatisfied with an online course or live cohort program, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the program start date. After that window, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, email info@sorted-state.com with your name and order details.

Digital Products (E-Books, Templates, Kits)

All digital product sales are final. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “un-downloaded,” refunds are not available for e-books, templates, DIY kits, or other downloadable products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

The content on this website, in the newsletter, and in any Sorted State programs is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. It reflects my personal experience applying organization, productivity, and systems-thinking frameworks in real-world home and small business contexts.

All official Sorted State emails come from one of two sources only:

If you receive an email that claims to be from Sorted State but originates from any other domain, treat it as fraudulent.

Do not click any links or provide any information, and feel free to report it to your email administrator (gmail, yahoo or other)

Unsubscribing is easy and comprehensive. If you unsubscribe from any Sorted State communication, I will remove you from all Sorted State mailing lists. You will not need to opt out of each channel separately. You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing info@sorted-state.com directly.
